Location The house is located in the Kostverloren of Groningen, a pleasant and easily accessible area with all amenities nearby. Within a few minutes, the city center, shops, supermarkets, public transport and roads can be reached. For daily shopping there is a Spar around the corner. Layout Via the porch stairs you reach the entrance on the first floor. Here are the shared facilities, including the kitchen, bathroom and two balconies, which you share with three fellow residents. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a combi oven/microwave and a dishwasher. At the front of the house is the bathroom, equipped with a shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet and a balcony. On the second floor there are two rooms (room 2 and room 3). These rooms have a surface area of 10.99 m² and 9.59 m² respectively and both have their own sink. Rental price and deposit: The basic rent of room 2 is €500 per month excluding an advance.
