The studio is located on the 2nd floor and is equipped with a simple kitchen. The compact bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. In the basement there is a shared washing machine that can be used for a small fee. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building. Rental details: - The rental price incl. GWE and internet use is € 750,- per month. - The deposit is € 1000,- once. - Rent allowance is NOT possible. - Pets are not allowed. - Minimum rental period is 12 months. - Only available for 1 quiet student. - Only available from August 1st.
