All monthly expenses are included in the price, covering house electricity, internet, water, and heating. We'll both be in the house contract as official co-tenants. Because of this, our landlord requires that all tenants are working and earning a stable income, so please keep that in mind when I moved into this flat in March, and everything currently in the apartment is mine since the flat was empty when I moved.
